Nutrition and exercise has been an important part of my life in the last two years. Before, I didn't watch what I ate and I wasn't physically active. Two years ago I went to see a nutritionist and she taught me what a healthy, normal eating plan is. The plan helped me lose forty pounds. My next goal was to tone and shape up. At that time, I was working out at a local gym and that is how I met Jeff Delgado. I approached Jeff and we discussed my health goals. Our goal as a team was to build my core strength, tone up, and learn basic techniques in kickboxing. Working out with Jeff made me stronger and wiser about my health. Now I enjoy jump roping and doing push-ups which are improving based on my patience and practice.
